NYSERDA incentive (subject to change) for small non-residential is currently $0.45/W up to 750kW In participating counties, Energize NY PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) provides low cost, long-term alternative to traditional loans to fund clean energy projects in commercially owned buildings. [Otsego, Madison, Fulton, Montgomery and Albany Counties have adopted PACE as of March 2019.]
